Namaste Radio held its active team members meeting on June 18, 2006 at Timothy Café, Sherbourne/Bloor intersection to discuss on its events and plans ahead.
Outcomes of the meeting are as follows
Mr. Durga Adhikari, Joint Treasurer updated the members with his financial report.
Meeting decided to organize a function to honor its members on July 9, 2006.
Meeting appointed Lekhnath Shivakoti as the Joint Secretary for Namaste Radio.
Namaste Radio appointed Lekhnath Shivakoti as one of the authorized signatories for any financial deal related to Namaste Radio henceforth.
It is confirmed that MAHA trip to Canada has been cancelled

Namaste Radio held its second meeting at Timothy Cafe, Sherbourne on Sunday Oct 23, 2005. The discussion of meeting was focused on the plan of action for sustainability of Namaste Radio on the short and long terms basis. The meeting was attended by fourteen persons.
The second meeting of Namaste Radio was concluded with the following outcomes.
Mr. Madan KC (Madan Dai) has pledged short term loan for the month of November, 2005.
Five Members ad-hoc Committee has been formed to give acceleration to the mission in action.
Slated necessary arrangements for the subsequent Deusi-Bhailo program as a fund raising program, in the last week of October and first week of November 2005.
Decided to launch door to door visit campaign for donation.
Decided to call the third Meeting in the first week of November 2005 to make the final decision on Namaste Radio’s future as to whether it should stand as a project of PNCC or an Independent Organization).
Members Anil Thapa, Purna Poudel, Sirish Pande, Rajiv Thapa and Diplav Sapkota discussed on Fundraising programs and decided to Show Nepali Movies ASAP.
Long term plans for raising the fund by developing grant proposals and approaching the Government & various Organizations were discussed.
The above have been passed by the Executive team of Namaste Radio. Date for next meeting will be fixed up and informed later on.

Namaste Radio held its meeting at the usual venue i.e. Timothy Cafe, Sherbourne on Saturday Oct 15, 2005. The top agendum of the meeting was as how to keep Namaste Radio sustained in the days ahead. The meeting was attended by eleven persons.
The meeting was adjourned with the following conclusions
Form necessary committees and generate members.
Transfer Namaste Radio from the solo ownership to Community Non-Profit Organization.
Short term fundraising programs such as door to door visits, short term loan, charity movie shows and Deushi-Bhailo programs were emphasized.
Writing grant proposals and approaching Government institutions and various organizations for grants have been taken as the long term plans.
The above have been passed by the Executive Team of Namaste Radio. Next meeting will take place on October 23, 2005 at the same venue.

Before giving name and complete shape to Namaste Radio, the organization was registered as Yashaswi Entertainment in Canada. As such Yashaswi Entertainment held its first meeting at the above venue and time. The objective of this workshop was to obtain the feedback and suggestions from the participants in a bid to make Namaste Radio a successful organization.
• Yashaswi Entertainment decided its participation in the South Asian Business Festival 2005 scheduled to take place on Sept 3 to 4, 2005. It is going to be a grand event attaining participants from 25 countries. The shows of this grand event will be various cultural dances, fashion shows, music search Talent Show etc. It is expected that more than 250 vendors will install their booths and will be visited by a huge crowd of visitors numbering around 200,000.
• Yashaswi Entertainment is trying to bring in the popular pop singer Deepak Bajracharya during this festival. Hence, participation of more volunteers and local artistes from the Nepalese communities is invited.
Resolutions passed by the Executive Body of Namaste Radio.
Next meeting is scheduled to take place on August 21, 2005 at the same venue.
